Boresite Account Deletion Request

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Boresite account and associated data, you can submit a request using the form below or by emailing our engineering team directly at boresite@deepwellservices.com.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Account credentials — your email, password, and authentication records
• Push notification tokens — any device tokens stored for delivering notifications
• User preferences and settings — alarm notification settings, display preferences, and role assignments

Data That May Be Retained

Certain operational records tied to your organization (such as work orders, shift reports, and time sheets you contributed to) may be retained in anonymized or de-identified form as they are part of your organization's business records. No personally identifiable information will remain linked to these records after your account is deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
